Cancellation Within 24 Hours

Changed your mind? No problem! Contact us within 24 hours of purchase, and we’ll process a full refund with no questions asked.

Cancellation Before Shipment

  • Cancel your order after 24 hours but before it ships, and you’ll receive a full refund (no cancellation fees!).

  • Once your order enters the shipping process, refunds will exclude original shipping fees.

Rescheduling Delivery

Need to postpone your delivery? Contact us, and we’ll gladly work with you to arrange a new delivery date.

Custom Orders

Personalized or custom items cannot be canceled once production begins. We start crafting these items promptly to meet delivery timelines, so please review your order carefully before finalizing.

Refund Process

  • Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 business days after cancellation approval.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable for orders canceled after shipment.
