Thank you for considering our personalized cutting boards! To ensure that your order is customized to your exact specifications, please follow these simple steps:

→ CUSTOMIZE – Please provide us with the exact text that you would like engraved on your board. It’s important to ensure that spelling, capitalization, and punctuation are all correct. If any line of information is missing, we will exclude that line. We kindly request that you double check all names and dates entered, as we are unable to accept returns unless the error was made on our end.

→ BOARD TYPE – Choose your desired board size and type from the drop-down menu. We offer a variety of options, including Maple, Cherry, and Walnut in three sizes: 12×9 inches, 16×10 inches (available in a standard rectangular shape or an arched shape with juice groove), and 17×11 inches (available in a rectangular shape with juice groove).

Please note that all of our cutting boards are approximately 3/4 inches thick.

Please note that every cutting board is unique since they are made from different types of wood. Therefore, slight color variations may occur, resulting in engraving that appears lighter or darker than the listing photo.

We provide a small care instruction card with all of our orders. To maintain the quality of the cutting board, do NOT put it in the dishwasher or submerge it in water. Hand wash the board and dry it immediately.

We recommend that you do not cut on the engraved side of the board, which is the display side. If you purchase a juice groove board, please note that our designs are engraved on the juice groove side unless you clearly request otherwise in the “Notes to Seller” section.

NOTE: Due to the natural origin of the hardwood used to make our cutting boards, color and grain variations in comparison to the listing pictures are possible.
