You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange items under this policy. After this period, we regret that we cannot accept returns or process refunds.

Return Requirements

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • A proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt) is required for all returns.

Refund Process

  1. Inspection: Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and notify you via email within 5 business days regarding approval.

  2. Approval: If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method. Credits typically reflect within 7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. To request an exchange:

  2. Ship the item to our returns center (see address below).

Return Shipping

  • Prepaid Label: We cover return shipping costs for eligible returns. Contact us for a prepaid label.

  • Self-Ship: If returning without a label, send the item to:

Shipping Time for Exchanges

Delivery times for exchanged items vary based on your location. Tracking details will be provided once your replacement ships.

Important Notes

  • High-Value Items: For returns over $100, we recommend using a trackable and insured shipping service. Bearhap is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

  • Non-Qualifying Returns: Items not meeting our return requirements will be sent back to the original shipping address.
