At Bearhap, we want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. We stand behind the quality of our fun printed apron designs. Our return and refund policy is simple. We strive to resolve any issue quickly and clearly.

Eligibility Period

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date. This 30-day period is strict. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be processed after 30 days for any reason. The return window begins on the date you made your purchase, not the date of delivery.

Return Requirements

To be eligible for a return, your apron must be in new condition. This means it must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. The packaging must be intact and included with the return. You must provide proof of purchase or a receipt for all returns. Returns without proof of purchase will not be processed.

What We Accept

We accept returns for any reason within the 30-day period. This includes defective aprons, sizing issues, change of mind, or any other reason. All apron designs in our catalog are eligible for return if they meet the condition requirements.

Refund Process

When we receive your return, we will inspect it to confirm it meets our requirements. We will notify you by email whether your refund is approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. The refund will be credited only to your original method of payment. We do not offer any other refund methods. There are no restocking fees for any return.

Exchanges

Returns Shipping

All returns must be sent to: 85 River Road, Willington, Connecticut, 06279, USA. Bearhap covers all return shipping costs. You do not have to pay for return shipping. You can download and print a free return shipping label from our website. To request your return label, contact [email protected].

Shipping Time for Exchanged Products

Delivery time for exchanged aprons depends on your location within the United States. Most domestic exchanges arrive within 4 to 10 business days. We cannot guarantee a specific delivery timeframe for exchanged items.

High-Value Returns

If your return is valued over $50, we recommend shipping with tracking. Insurance is also recommended for high-value returns. Bearhap is not liable for lost return packages. Proof of shipping is recommended but not required.
